The situation is unbeatable, right in the middle of it. Next to the historical center, restaurants, shops, malls, cinema. There is a city Alcampo a few steps away, a very good fruit shop just in front and at the door for bus 34 from Ave. The staff is very friendly. The apartment was very big, the kitchen was quite complete with kitchenware. If you ask for it, they give you a cleaning kit, it has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bed is very big and comfortable. There is paid parking in the building which is accessed by the same elevator. On the terrace they have a restaurant with a somewhat expensive menu and a varied menu where breakfast is served. There is a terrace to have a drink with beautiful views of the Basilica at night.
It lacks some soundproofing. The chairs make a tremendous noise when moved, they could put some protectors on the legs because at dawn you can hear them being dragged by the neighbours upstairs and it is very annoying. Also the windows are not very isolated, on the lower floors you can hear the noise of the traffic.

Breakfast is worth hiring, very complete and quality.. The friendly reception staff.. Large, renovated room and very comfortable beds. Very equipped and functional.. Excellent location to visit the main points of interest in the city and very well connected by public transport.. Parking in the hotel, although a bit narrow, is appreciated.
The cleaning service can be improved. The first day we found a sock from another tenant in the drawer cabinet under the TV. The other day we had to call twice to have the room cleaned, they were careless and solved it but in general the cleaning is basic and it is done too fast for the category of the establishment. The first day we went into the bathroom, it was clean but it seemed to be a malfunctioning problem with the flue. . The pool is small, not for swimming just to refresh yourself . There is a washing machine but there is no place to hang the clothes.

Good aparthotel, good room. Close to all the sights. Comfy beds, clear. The main advantage is parking right at the hotel. Even though it costs 16 euros a night. You can leave your car until midnight on the day of departure.
Not a lot of kitchen utensils, but you can piggy a kettle at the reception, for example, if there are free, you will be given it. There were no instructions for the washing machine, no clothespins and drying ropes stretched under the windows. The day we arrived, there was a strong wind - it was not possible to hang things just like that - we had to dry them on chairs and on the table. So for each question we had to run down))) and if the leaflets with instructions were given to us, there were no clothespins at all. Behind the iron and ironing board should also go to reception, they brought to the room. These are, of course, nuances, in general, everything is good enough)). I thought the price was too high for four stars.

bed is super comfortable and huge. terrace where you have breakfast is beautiful, breakfast offered a very varied and rich buffet. girl of the buffet is very nice. comfort of having the car parked in the same place where you stay, location.
The staff is very nice (very serious, very formal, but nice) maybe at first you are shocked by so much formality but well, nothing bad at all. Maybe there is only one problem: you can't check in until 15:00, we were going to go for a day and a half, we arrived at approximately 12:30 and then you have to "force" yourself to go to the apartment to make the entrance, taking into account that you have to leave your room at 12:00 in the morning. Since in MY opinion, it is not an excessively large apartment for 3h of absolute cleanliness. But uh, I repeat, MY opinion. We left the things in the parking lot of the accommodation, then we came back, checked in and left again. No problem. But it's still a bit of a drag that when you're looking at the city you have to turn around just to do that.

Convenient Location 📍
This place has a great location! For instance, the Torre Del Pilar Observation Deck is just a short 10-15 minute walk from here.

The apartments were very nice and spacious and contained a full kitchen. The rooftop swimming pool was nice for the kids. I was also impressed by the size of the exercise facility.

Convenient location near Gran Via for exploring, and just 20 km away from the airport. The rooms here are spacious and spotless, and they come with kitchenettes for added convenience. You'll find a good variety of options when it comes to food, and the quality is top-notch 👌.

Position of hotel. Facilities in apartment were excellent. Cleaners very thorough (especially Aurora who went that little bit further than necessary when cleaning). Pool was small but sufficient although a little more room around it would be nice, with a couple more beds but I still managed to get a speck each afternoon for 2 hours relaxation.
Should have cctv in pool and gym. 5 out of 6 days were fine but one day there were a rowdy group of spanish bombing into pool and messing in gym (aged about 17/18) - as there is little room around the pool I kept getting splashed. I can speak spanish and asked them to be careful to no avail. I was at the point of going to reception when they left (to mess around in the gym). It was the only stress in what was a relaxing week (at the end of a long 6 week haul around spain). I also think they should consider not charging for parking at the hotel. It was not a cheap hotel and I think 15 euros a day on top was a bit much. It is not the only hotel to do this, it happened at most we stayed at, but it would be a nice touch.
